data protection seriously. As we handle personal data, we have adopted the following data protection policy, which insures, that your personal
data are handled in compliance with the current legislation (Act on Processing of Personal Data and the General Data Protection Regulation).
Peak Rekruttering is a hiring company and our purpose is to help our clients find and hire the right people for them. Thus we handle your personal data in order to further our client´s interests in regards to hiring new employees.

- You always have the right to change your personal data. You can do this yourself by logging in

- If you find our treatment of your personal data does not comply with current legislation, you have the option to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.

Collection of personal data
Email-adress, first name, surname, birth date, sex, phone number, adress, resume, application as well as other documents, you may yourself wish to upload.
The purpose of collecting these data is to be able to contact you as well as make a preliminary assessment of your professional background in order to match your competencies to the available position.
If you are invited to advance further in a recruitment process with us it will often be necessary to collect more of your personal data through phone conversations, interviews, personal profile analysis, as well as potential reference checks.
The purpose in using these personal data is a combination of: Being able to further your candidacy, Peak´s interests in assessing and presenting relevant candidates to our clients, as well as our client´s interests in receiving relevant candidates in order to complete a hire.
Thusly your personal data will be processed so that Peak Rekruttering can give a deep and objective evaluation of your candidacy regarding the available position.
Normally Peak Rekruttering will not use your personal data in the recruitment process.
Should this become necessary it will not take place without your express consent.
Likewise sensitive personal data will not be passed on to our clients without your express consent.
When you apply for a position through our homepage you will be asked if you want us to store your personal data in our CV-database after the end of the current recruitment process. The purpose of storing your personal data in our database is for Peak Rekruttering to contact you in the future when a match between your competencies and an available position with one of our clients arises. At times we may also contact you after you have received a letter of rejection in case the competencies needed for the position change.
Examples of use of your data include a keyword-search for a specific professional competance or searching for postal codes to find potential candidates who live close to a specific workplace.
Should we process your personal data regarding a search process your personal data will not be passed on to our clients without your express consent.
Storing of personal data
The personal data you register and we collect regarding your application are stored in our electronical recruitment system, which ensures a safe, legal and confidential processing of your personal data. During the recruitment process you may occasionally be asked to give further personal data in a personal profile analysis. These personal data are likewise stored in an electronical recruitment system, which ensures a safe, legal and confidential processing of your personal data. We store your personal data in up to a year from the date in which they are registered. If you give your acceptance and become part of our CV-database we will store your personal data for two years. Before that time has passed you will receive an e-mail notification that we are about to delete your personal data from our CV-database. This e-mail will also contain a link with the option to save your personal data for another two years with us.
Personal data registered during a personal profile analysis will only be stored for one year. Your information will be stored in it-systems made by professional it-companies in compliance with current legislation.
Processing of your personal data
Processing of your personal data is a necessity in order to efficiently represent your candidacy to our client. Should you not wish us to store your personal data, we will unfortunately not be able to consider your candidacy for the position that you wish to apply for.
When you apply for a position we consider it to be in yours, ours as well as our client´s interests to present your information to our client in order for them to make an objective assessment of whether or not you match the open position. Thus we reserve the right to pass on regular personal data to a trusted representative with our client, regarding the position you have applied for. This representative will handle your personal data with confidentiality and in accordance with current legislation. As mentioned above your personal data will not be passed on without your express consent. Your information will at no point be transferred to other countries.
